Syrah 50%, Grenache 30%, Carignan 20% Nice shinny ruby color. The nose is fine and show some aromas of cherry, pepper and licorice. In mouth the wine shows volume and freshness with hints of red berries. Crunchy and youthfull, the tannins are fines and discreet. Great long finish

50% Syrah, 30% Grenache noir, 20% Carignan Picked to retain balanced acidity and vinified gently to gain a very soft extraction and retain freshness and perfume. Aged on fine lees in tank for about 8 months with no sulfites addition, this wine is designed for maximum drinkability with delicate tannins and silky texture behind the perfumed and explosive fruit.

60% Merlot, 20% Cab. Sauv., 20% Cabernet Franc Beautiful dark colour. Nose is expressive and intense with hints of flowers, blackberry and spices. Attack is mellow and fresh with an explosion of forest’s fruits. This wine is structured with velvety tannins, then, finishes long and elegant with a touch of oakiness.

Pale robe, soft nose, the palate delivers an abundant pear and apricot flavour, well built with linden and verbena infusion elements. There is a slightly sticky note late on with a nice depth and expression, classic south of France Muscat.

Banyuls, “Cuvée de Dr Parcé”, 5 years old, Domaine du Mas Blanc,(FR)
Grenache noir, traditional regional method called Solera system, this process gives the wine a great complexity with warm spices, fruitiness and rancio. Powerful in mouth with juicyness. Recommended with cheeses and chocolate desserts.
